Terms of Service

1. Reservations & Booking

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or valid credit card guarantee.
• Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to availability.
• Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival: full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: one night's charge applies.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• Retreat bookings: all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must present valid identification (passport for international guests) upon check-in as required by Thai law.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for other guests.
• Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms.

4. Pet Policy

GREENLIGHT Resort is pet-friendly, however additional charges may apply. Please contact us before booking to discuss your specific pet accommodation needs.

5. Payment

We accept cash (THB), credit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Liability

GREENLIGHT Fisherman's Village Resort & Cafe is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. We recommend using in-room safes for valuables. The resort is not liable for any injury sustained while using resort facilities.
